More Than a Service Provider
We’ve always viewed our relationships with our clients as a partnership versus a service provider. When the COVID-19 pandemic began in early 2020, we jumped into action and sent email and SMS messages free of charge to our client’s patients to assist in communicating critical information regarding protocols for virtual visits, health and safety recommendations as well as vaccinations details.
We also set up, free of charge, surveys to accommodate tele-health and virtual visits for all of our medical group clients to enable them to track and monitor the patient experience for these new types of visits.
